By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

GlobalProxies provides access to 4G/5G/LTE mobile proxy services, including dedicated and shared proxy devices with IP addresses assigned by real mobile carriers. Services may include IP rotation, bandwidth access, authentication credentials, dashboards, and APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific IP addresses, or specific carrier availability at all times.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GlobalProxies Services for any activity that is illegal, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

  1. Fraud, phishing, or impersonation
  2. Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk messaging abuse
  3. Malware, botnets, or denial-of-service attacks
  4. Unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of systems
  5. Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  6. Activities that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
  7. Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if abuse or misuse is detected.


4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  1. How you use the Services
  2. Any content transmitted through our proxies
  3. Compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms

GlobalProxies does not monitor customer traffic content but may investigate complaints, abuse reports, or legal requests.


5. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials due to your negligence.


6. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  1. All fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
  2. Prices, plans, and features may change at any time
  3. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  4. Abuse-related suspensions and account terminations are not eligible for refunds
  5. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination.


7. Service Availability & Limitations

GlobalProxies operates on a best-effort basis. Due to the nature of mobile networks:

  1. IPs may change or rotate unpredictably
  2. Speeds and latency may vary
  3. Carrier outages, throttling, or maintenance may occur

We do not guarantee uptime, performance levels, or compatibility with any specific platform.


9. Abuse Reports & Compliance

We maintain an abuse reporting system and respond to valid complaints from ISPs, platforms, and legal authorities.
We may:

  1. Log connection metadata (non-content)
  2. Suspend or terminate services
  3. Cooperate with lawful requests when required


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of GlobalProxies or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without permission.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalProxies shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect or consequential damages
  2. Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  3. Platform bans or account suspensions
  4. Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalProxies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  1. Your use of the Services
  2. Your violation of these Terms
  3. Your violation of any law or third-party rights


14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  1. Violations of these Terms
  2. Abuse or misuse
  3. Legal or compliance requirements

You may stop using the Services at any time.


15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
